Passion & Purpose - Academic Excellence & Career Development We share the secrets of consistently making stellar grades in high school and college. We supply information on getting into college & creating an environment for success. We explore the endless career possibilities for women in the modern world. From science to art to politics, we help girls think outside the box about what's possible for them and we give them the tools they need to start businesses of their own. Real Relationships - Friends, boys, parents, and more This workshop is always a favorite! We give girls the powerful intangible assets they need to create and sustain healthy relationships. Whether it's a boyfriend or a mean girl at school, we show them how to improve their communication, resolve conflict, and remove themselves from unhealthy situations with their self-esteem in tact. Femme Finance - Money matters, budgeting, investing Prince Charming isn't coming! Every girl needs to know how to earn, keep, and multiply her money! Whether she wants to earn a modest living or become the next woman to make a billion dollars, we give her the nuts and bolts of budgeting, saving, and investing and show her how to apply the principles now and later. One Body - Health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness Every girl only has one body so it's important that she cares for it like the precious gift that it is! We offer tried and true methods for creating a nutrition regimen and fitness regiment that's fun and easy to do. From preventive medicine to feminine health and exercise, we open a girl's eyes to how easy it can be to stay fit & healthy. Pretty Is As Pretty Does - Beauty, fashion, and image If a girl is pretty on the inside, we say she should be just as pretty on the outside! We bring in experts to share the hottest tips on makeup, skin care, hair care, and fashion. We explore the secrets of making a great first impression and the basics of etiquette and image. We show girls how to preserve the pretty and look fierce no matter what! She's Got Spirit! - Character development and spiritual growth The key to overcoming challenges and adversity is attitude. After all, even an Inspired Girl will face her share of tough times. We explore the importance of caring for her emotional health and using facilitative methods to process her emotions and stay focused on the positive things in her life. From gratitude journaling to meditation, we share the keys to maintaining inner peace and being the change she wants to see in the world. FOR PARENTS GIRL TECH - Social Media, Texting, & More Most parents don't know everything they should about Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, and other online portals where they daughters hang out. This session walks parents through each of these sites and how they're used. We empower parents to teach their daughters how to safely use the internet. BOYS & BULLYING - Communication, Relationships & Safety Most parents have heard about the trend of bullying happening around the country. And while most parents realize that dating is something they have to address at some point, they may not know that 1 in 5 girls has been hit, punched or kicked by a romantic partner. We give parents the inside scoop on the dynamics of friendship for teen girls and offer specific strategies for helping their daughter date with her mental and emotional safety as a priority. RAISING WONDER GIRL - Parenting An Evolving Girl Girls have more opportunities than ever to do amazing things - from travel to business to lifestyle, they can create amazing lives for themselves. We offer the information and strategies parents need to support their daughters as they become successful women. We address the typical challenges like makeup and curfew while also sharing ways parents can inspire their daughters to think outside the box about life. With the cost of education going up, every parent needs timely information on sending their daughter to college. We offer information on the types of funding that are available along with tips for affording cars, computers, international study, camps, and more. We bring in some of the world's most powerful women to work with girls in this experiential learning setting to help them apply what they're learning in real time. We learn, we laugh, we connect, and we grow! Each event will feature a success panel of women from the local community who are successful and will share their trials and triumphs with the girls!
