The Legacy Project
The Legacy Project consists of 2 parts: The Legacy Letters anthology (book/e-book) and The Legacy Interviews (series of interviews featuring the contributors to the book).
The Legacy Letters™ is an anthology featuring letters from more than 25 women written to the teenage version of themselves. These handpicked women span various backgrounds, ethnicities, experiences, and age groups. The finished product is a collection of wisdom from women on everything from love and money to career and personal growth. The Legacy Letters is a passing of the torch from today’s feminine leaders to the next generation of women change agents. The anthology will be available to teen girls worldwide at no cost via the Inspired Girls website.
The Legacy Luncheon will commemorate the release of the anthology by bringing select women and girls together for a multicultural and multigenerational celebration of feminine wisdom and leadership. In honor of the release of our Legacy Letters™ anthology, we’re extending exclusive invitations to women influencers from all over the world to celebrate womanhood and explore what it means to be a modern woman who is strong, smart, and bold. Attendees will span a variety of industries including business, media, education, government, and entertainment. Teen girls from local high schools will attend the luncheon and connect with the powerful women leaders in attendance. Attendees will hear from our keynote speaker, Charlotte Ponticelli, who currently serves at the Ambassador for International Womens Issues for the United States. A portion of the proceeds from the luncheon will go to our non-profit partner.
