LIFE COACHING

Our life coaching program is ideal for girls (and parents) who want guidance from a trained and experienced professional. Unlike therapy, life coaching takes a hands on approach to the future instead of a passive exploration of the past. Our life coach, Jess Berger, brings a passion and clarity to her clients and helps them through a variety of challenges including stress, bullying, anger issues, self-esteem issues, and more.
